q88o Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" or "q88o" — The website https://q88o.lat and all associated services, mobile interfaces and applications.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who accesses services through a registered account on the q88o platform.
• "Account" — A personal gaming account registered in a member's name where funds, bonuses and transaction history are stored.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by q88o that can be used for betting or playing games but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• "Real Money" — Funds actually deposited by the member.
• "Wagering" or "Betting" — Any sports betting, casino game or other gaming activity.

Words used in the singular in these Terms also apply in the plural and vice versa. The word "includes" is not used in a restrictive sense.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and use an account on the q88o platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• An account is strictly personal — allowing a third party to use it or operating it on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• An identity verification (KYC) process may be required to complete registration.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Please be aware of the following:

• Never share your username or password with anyone. Keep this information completely confidential.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• All deposits will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment method.
• Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account — deposits via third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing: completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests will be sent only to the same method used for depositing.

• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

q88o offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: a deposit of ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
• A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for games and betting.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• q88o reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be suspended.
• Only one account per household, household address, device or IP address may participate in a single promotion.
• Separate terms apply to VIP cashback and other loyalty rewards.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on the q88o platform:

• All betting decisions are made at your own discretion. q88o does not guarantee any outcome.
• A bet that has been accepted cannot generally be changed or cancelled, unless it is due to a system error.
• In the case of a bet or game session interrupted by a technical issue, q88o will provide a reasonable resolution.
• If an abnormal or impossible result is displayed in any game due to a system error, q88o reserves the right to void that result.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; a bet is not finalised until the odds are confirmed.
• International cricket rules (ICC) apply to cricket betting; separate betting policies will apply if a match is abandoned.

Sports Betting Special Rules

• Results for BPL, IPL, T20 and international matches will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant governing body.
• If there is any suspicion of match fixing or unusual betting patterns, q88o reserves the right to investigate the relevant bets.
• Betting on the same event using multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q88o platform. Engaging in them will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating more than one account on behalf of the same person.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements by exploiting system loopholes.
• Using hacking, malware, bots or automated software to conduct games or betting.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other members.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Assisting a person under 21 years of age to use an account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

q88o reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Refusal to complete the identity verification process or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of prohibited activity or fraud.
• Irregularities in financial transactions or suspicion of money laundering.
• Instruction from a legal authority or court order.

A member may also close their own account at any time. In such cases, no bonus funds will be refunded; only the actual deposited funds (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be withdrawable.
